To Place an Order:

To place an order for a custom project or one of the pieces from this web site please contact me by any of the means listed on the Contact Page. Once a project is agreed upon you will receive a contract stating the details of the project , price, approximate delivery date and shipping costs. When I have received your signed contract the project will be placed on my schedule.

Catalog Projects:

Scheduling a project requires a 30% deposit, with an additional 30% due when the project is started. The balance is due upon completion ( prior to shipping) or C.O.D. arrangements can be made.

Custom Projects:

I request a 50% deposit to place a project on my schedule, with balance due upon completion ( prior to shipping) or C.O.D. arrangements can be made.

Shipping and Handling costs are determined by the weight of the piece, it's destination and whether it is shipped to a residence or a business (a business delivery costs less). Your furniture is wrapped by me personally in bubble wrap or blankets and crated in a 5/8 particle board crate with a 2x3 frame.
I use a company called Unishippers exclusively. They are an international company that provides full and personalized service to small businesses (like myself) across the U.S. Their volume is such that discounts typically reserved for larger corporations are passed on to you. In short, they get the piece to you when promised, safely and undamaged. I have registered the weight of some pieces I have shipped to other parts of the country and if you tell me your zip code, I can get you an estimate on S&H in 24 hours.

My Warrantee

These fine Heirloom Quality pieces are custom made, therefore all sales are final. With regard to workmanship, joinery and finish, I stand behind the products I make and sell. The majority of my pieces are indoor furniture therefore, unless otherwise specified, (i.e. outdoor furniture) these pieces are intended for normal indoor use at ambient household environments. Should my work fail under these conditions because of workmanship or material, I will make adjustments on a case by case basis. I cannot warrantee the normal splits or checks that occur in solid wood and some customer requested design modifications may be excluded.

Please refer to "Care and Protection" on this web site or on the tag received with your furniture to protect the surfaces of your fine furniture.
